Prepare the files you want to turn into emojis – these could be, for example, a logo, letters and numbers, icons in your corporate style .
Files for sticker pack in Telegram
Important: a custom sticker pack can include no more than 120 icons, but their number per user is not limited. After creating an emoji pack, you can edit it: add or replace icons.In the messenger search, type @Stickеrs — an authorized Telegram bot for generating emoji will appear. Click the "Start" button.
Click /newpack if you want to make a pack of static icons, or /newanimated to create animated emoji. You can choose commands from the bot message or from the list on the bottom left.

To add more emoji at once, repeat steps 6 through 9. Once you've uploaded all the files you want, select /publish.
The bot will prompt you to select a sticker for the cover , otherwise it will automatically put the first of the downloaded ones on it. If you don't want to select anything, click /skip.
11. The bot will suggest a name for the public link to your sticker pack. You can come up with your own – use Latin letters, numbers, and underscores to create a unique name.

You can edit collections via the menu or the @Stickers bot commands, for example:

/editsticker — edits the collection;
/delsticker — removes a sticker from the set.
