Step by step to formalize your key processes
Forming a work team
It is important to note that this formalization project will require a lot of work , and putting all the responsibility on a single person, who also has his or her usual tasks to do at the same time, is probably not the best way to go. Forming a small team of three or four people is a good way to distribute the workload while adding perspectives to the analysis.
This is where many companies that spain telegram data begin efforts of this type fail. We recommend taking a “bottom-up” approach : if you haven’t had formal processes for years, you will hardly be able to formalize every workflow in the organization overnight. And even if you could, it wouldn’t make much sense. Our recommendation is to start with the main process of your business (what your company does or distributes or coordinates , or all three simultaneously), and some of the processes that surround it, those that you consider critical or most important.
Create a schedule
The best plan is one that you can actually stick to: the ideal is to set realistic times, and distribute the actions in such a way that they do not interrupt daily actions. Of course, for a few weeks this will mean additional effort, but if it is well managed it should not be a problem.
Begin information gathering
This step involves beginning a data collection as close to the source as possible, without seeking to correct or adjust anything at this stage . That is, we want a reflection of reality as faithful as possible, and then there will be an opportunity to think about improvements. It is advisable to interview or even observe the people who carry out these steps of our process under analysis; always reminding them that it is not their work that is under observation, but the ways in which it is carried out today. Some useful tools in this step can be: interviews, questionnaires, recordings, and group meetings to find the different ways in which several people in the same role do the same job.
