Business advice:
The customer journey map is literally the mapping of the path that a customer takes when purchasing a product or service. The steps that a consumer takes when he has to buy can be summarized in five phases:
Consideration: In this stage the consumer actively searches for the product or service he needs.
Purchase: In this third phase the consumer has chosen and decided which product or service to buy and, therefore, completes the act of purchasing.
Retention: In this phase it is important that the company maintains high customer satisfaction, it must therefore retain them.
Advocacy: The satisfied customer will give his france number data on the purchasing experience and satisfaction with the product or service purchased. He will share his opinions with others, increasing the visibility of the company.
To follow and track the different phases and have specific data on the entire path, you can use customer journey software.
Below we will present 3 tips for reaching consumers through different methods.
Recommendation 1: Use social media to engage consumers
Although this is a minority of respondents, it is important to explore how social networks have become an integral part of the decision-making and purchasing process.
While we found in Capterra’s 2023 Decentralized Search Engine Study that 46% use social media to search for general information online, it appears this isn’t fully reflected in how online shoppers search for products, as only 24% of online consumers we surveyed said they use social media to initiate their online product research.
Awareness: Here the consumer realizes that he has a new need.
