How do you approach creating content that resonates with your audience?

Post by kumartk »

First of all, I am always interested in what resonates with the target group I want to reach. That is why I ask journalists, customers or followers on social networks and monitor trends. Of course, I also regularly review internal marketing research. All this helps to create a successful communication campaign that finds its target audience.

What creative techniques do you use to increase user engagement on social media?
I enjoy and believe in reactionary marketing. Whatever is current always works well on social media, but also in communication in general.

What are your practices for effective collaboration with influencers and how do you choose the right partners?
First and foremost, it's about authenticity. The influencer or face of the indonesia phone number data campaign must have a clear and positive relationship with the brand or product. I also always prefer when the brand or product is a lovebrand for the person. Then it all happens by itself and it always works well when you give the person more freedom in their creation and don't dictate the exact script of the creation.

What steps do you take to ensure message consistency across different communication channels?
It's quite simple and a bit old school, but it works. :-) Across departments that communicate, I prefer a shared calendar with a plan of all activities and regular meetings where the communication plan is coordinated. I consider it important that employees always have essential information first and only then it reaches the media and customers.

How do you try to innovate in the field of PR to keep your campaigns current?
Every product or brand I communicate has different target groups, and therefore different channels from which they consume information. For example, Generation Z hardly follows regular media anymore, but rather social networks. Therefore, the given communication needs to be adapted not only in terms of content and tone of voice, but also in terms of correctly selected types of media, whether traditional or new.
