Let's start with two opposite concepts, INCLUSIVE and EXCLUSIVE. Today more than ever, the winner on the market is the one who proposes himself in an EXCLUSIVE way, that is, reserved for those who have a specific problem to solve (that is, a specific target of customers). Being INCLUSIVE (everything for everyone as long as you make a turnover) can represent an insurmountable problem for the survival of your company.
