Influence marketing: a look back at the influence hackathon organized by reech with céline beckrich

Post by kolikhatun0022 »

A few weeks ago, Reech organized the first Hackathon of influence , a complete program to train professionals in influence, whether they are with the advertiser, in an agency or looking for a job in the sector. As part of a commercial collaboration with Reech, I am talking to you today about this Hackathon on my blog.

More concretely, what is it about? Who participated? About twenty professionals met for 3 days in the real conditions of a call for tenders: from the brief to the presentation of the client rich people database recommendation in front of a jury of experts. I also joined this jury with people recognized in the field, you may have read this post on LinkedIn about it. The list of jury members has been added there.

To better understand what it is about and to get the impressions of a participant, I offer you this interview with Céline Beckrich , Secretary General of the CAT and member like me of the collective La Brigade Du Web , and winner with her group, of this first edition of the Hackathon.

What motivated you to participate?
When I saw the opportunity offered by Reech, I didn't hesitate for long.
First of all because Reech is one of those few agencies that I have come across for years, that offer quality content and with whom we want to work.

On the other hand, influence is a part of communication that I don't know well. I wanted to learn more, take advantage of this opportunity to improve my skills and who better than an influence agency like Reech to bring us this kind of knowledge.

And finally, the program was rich and varied, it immediately won me over by offering quality interventions.

What did you like best about the hackathon?
The mix of formats and interventions.
When you give training, you know that it is difficult to maintain constant attention. Even more so over 3 days.
Alternating between top-down information, discussions, concrete cases, workshops, external interventions... this combo allowed you to maintain momentum during these 3 days and as a participant I found it very stimulating.

Were the exchanges with your group enriching?
Here too it is a definite advantage. Nothing better than difference to offer us better complementarity to discover or understand a sector, its difficulties and the tips of a person who does not do exactly the same missions as us and in a sector where the constraints are completely different.
Each experience is beneficial to the one who knows how to take the measure of it.
And it also allows us to network.

It is beneficial for everyone.

What did you think of the training, the work of the coaches and the round table with the experts?
I find it fabulous to be able to benefit from each of the coaches with their expertise and to be able to ask them our questions.
Guillaume had introduced these 3 days by talking about transparency. We were not disappointed.
They were very patient and shared all their knowledge with us.
The round tables bring an additional point of view, especially with the panel of speakers: influencer agent, professional organization, influencer, media, marketing director of a company ...
They were all very available, it was a privilege to be able to exchange with them in a small group.
