The German Sports Federation (DKB) is issuing an anti-doping card to all registered athletes, coaches, and trainers, replacing the anti-doping agreement (ADV of the DKB) that was previously required. This issuance or transition is currently being carried out gradually, with the state associations sending them to the clubs. Not all of them have one yet.
Therefore, we urge you to carefully consider the handling of your current A4 document photo editing services and any new anti-doping card you may have. Until further notice, both versions (either the card or the A4 document) are valid.
If one of the two forms (card or A4 document) is presented in a Bundesliga match and is valid, it is legal. No sanction (warning, caution, etc.) is required from the referee.
The complete text can be found in the attached document.
Before the ball rolled in Breitengüßbach, the new 2016/17 DKBC season was opened to the sounds of the national anthem by DKBC President Jürgen Franke, in the presence of Breitengüßbach's Mayor, Sigrid Reinfelder, and international referee Walter Peter, who was also nominated for the NBC Cup in Straubing in October. They then posed with both teams for a group photo before the final whistle and the final whistle.
