Title II of the Commercial Code refers to the Commercial Registry and, as specified in Article 20, its content is presumed to be accurate and valid and its entries are under the protection of the Courts, producing effects as long as a judicial declaration of its inaccuracy or nullity is not registered.

1) Commercial Registry: Characteristics and purposes
