It was an environment full of energy and enthusiasm, which made my experience even more special.

What if we undertake?
Having experienced success and failure, I realize that the value is in enjoying the process. Obsessing over RECEIVING led me to failure.

Don't you find that being in the DAR brings you joy and happiness? It fulfills you like few things do.

It's the same with my children. I'm not thinking about what I'm going to receive from them. I'm just thinking about GIVING love, guidance, mentoring.

I also feel blessed that I happen to be in the entrepreneurial world. But do we keep that in mind?
The anecdote of the conversation I had with my father on April 7, 2019 gave me the pharmaceutical email list opportunity to double-click on the importance of making all decisions based on purpose. It is difficult for me to talk about that anecdote and I tend to get emotional. I am a little embarrassed, but I want to continue sharing it because it is the most important thing of all.

Purpose is the engine that drives entrepreneurs to keep going, even in the most difficult times.

Without a clear purpose, it's easy to get lost along the way and lose sight of long-term goals. At SquadS Ventures, our purpose is clear: to empower Latin America through entrepreneurship and innovation.

This purpose guides us in all our decisions and actions. It reminds us why we started and gives us the motivation to keep going, even when things get tough.

It is what keeps us focused and helps us overcome the obstacles we inevitably encounter along the way.

Additionally, having a clear purpose allows us to attract people who share our vision and values.

This creates a sense of community and belonging, which in turn strengthens our commitment and helps us stay motivated.

Having a clear purpose is essential for any entrepreneur. Purpose acts as a compass, guiding us through times of uncertainty and helping us stay focused on our long-term goals. Without a clear purpose, it’s easy to get lost along the way and lose sight of what really matters.
