How to send mass emails from Outlook with Word
Outlook is one of the most widely used email platforms on the market. It is owned by Microsoft and is used for both personal and professional purposes.
Outlook can be used with Microsoft email accounts (@hotmail.com, @outlook.com) and can also integrate accounts from other email domains (for example, @gmail.com or a company's domain).

Steps to send mass emails from Outlook
Step 1: Access a Word document
Open a new Word document (Microsoft Office document editor) and type your email.

Step 3: Mail merge your mass mailing

Step 4: Select the recipients for your mass emails
Click Select Recipients .

Create a new list , where you enter contact data manually in a new dialog box.
Use an existing list , which allows you to select a .csv (Excel) file from your computer. You will need to have the .csv file prepared in advance, with the data organized into three columns: first name, last name, and email address.
Choose Outlook Contacts – You manually select addresses from your Outlook contact list.
Step 5: Finalize your email
Once your contacts are selected, it's time to send your mass emails: click Finish & Merge , then Send Emails .
Step 6: Create a subject line and send your email
In the email pop-up window, type the subject line for your message , and then click OK .
