Methods of working

Post by arzina221 »

The ambitions of 'the' profession are limitless. The boundaries around the market for (upcoming) communication professionals are actually narrowing. The subject matter seems to have been narrowed down in recent years to being able to hang and polish the latest media balls in the Christmas tree called the internet. The number of students and professionals in communication is still growing; the number of jobs is decreasing drastically.

In the past period we could read mainly about all the hip trends that were introduced from marketing and IT, about social media, about apps, storytelling, accountability, communication power, the (abolition of the) communication plan. And now there is the Reflective Communication Scrum TM !

Anyone who works in digital communication and is somewhat interested in working methods, project approach, effectiveness, smarter working and collaboration processes, has known about the existence of scrum and agile for a few years now. These working methods and philosophies originate from software development, among other things, but can also be applied elsewhere.

agile post-itsAgile is first and foremost a norway phone data communication model . In other words, it is not an IT model. It is also a communication model that has emerged outside the communication media industry. This last point is an interesting detail, which fits in well with the communication professional tradition, which itself does not have a formal knowledge base (each communication professional uses his own individual knowledge base) and has so far mainly drawn on insights and knowledge from sciences such as economics, sociology and psychology.

Anyone who surfs to the source of Agile can read there which values are pursued in Agile. Agile as a method is not a goal in itself. The underlying idea is interaction during the (IT development) process in order to arrive at better solutions more effectively and efficiently. Agile is a working method that involves all stakeholders and informs them about the progress of a process, which can also be controlled by those stakeholders through input from those same stakeholders. Interaction is the most important ingredient in Agile. The interaction between people.
