Before you create the bookmark navigator, you need to make sure that you have already created bookmarks. Additionally, you should create separate bookmark groups if you plan to create different bookmark navigators in the same report.

Once you create your bookmarks and select the Bookmark Browser option , a bookmark browser will be automatically created for you:
Chart, box and whisker plot Automatically generated description with medium confidence
The bookmark browser automatically syncs with your report bookmarks, which means:
Button titles match bookmark display names
The order of the buttons corresponds to the order of your report markers
The selected button is the last selected bookmark
As you add or remove bookmarks in your report, the browser will automatically refresh.
As you rename bookmarks, the button titles are automatically updated
If you want more customization of which bookmarks to show or hide in the Bookmarks browser, go to the Format Browser panel > Bookmarks tab :

You also have the option to Allow unchecking , which means that users can uncheck the selected button in the bookmark browser. This option is great for creating a toggle-like experience or allowing a default unchecked state. To set up either of these types of experiences, you'll need to first check the desired unchecked state. Here's an example of an unchecked state:
