Standard working hours, vacationsemployees and revision of reports

Welcome to the first update of 2021, which focuses on how efficiently your team uses its working time .

It is known that in modern teams, salary expenses make up to 80%. Naturally, you are interested in employees' precious time being spent as efficiently as possible and paying off. To do this, you need to implement regular time tracking in the team. This is not a trivial task, but it is necessary, especially if you work on an hourly model and sell your employees' time to clients.

With Worksection, you can easily switch to hourly work for your entire team. And then, at the end of the month, you can understand whether your projects are paying off, how much your employees have actually worked, and how effective your team is as a whole.

So, what's new:

Setting up weekends, vacations and sick leave

Many clients asked to add a work schedule, vacations taiwan mobile database and sick leaves for their employees. We always listen and treat our clients' wishes with care. In general, we did it ;-)

From the user card, you can access the settings for their personal work schedule (provided that you have administrative rights "Allow to manage members").



On the Work Schedule you can:

set the Standard Working Hours for an employee and immediately see how many working hours he has in a year, taking into account all holidays and weekends, vacations and sick leave!
disable Reporting for a specific employee.
see the total number of Non-working days in the account and proceed to their settings ( System settings > Non-working days ).
assign an employee a Working Day on a general day off (For example, see January 9 Red Corner).
assign Vacation Days (blue color and palm tree icon) and see their total number.
switch to the Sick Leave assignment mode (purple color and thermometer).
In addition, at the bottom of page 7 you can set the date of hiring and firing, if this happened.
