Daniel Goleman is a psychologist, but he's also one of the most famous authors on strategic management. His concept of emotional intelligence, outlined in the 1995 bestseller "Emotional Intelligence: What It Is and Why It Can Make Us Happy ," has had a profound impact not only on the fields of psychology and teaching, but also on business leadership theories.



Goleman remains an active educator.
