Meet Clara, a virtual assistant powered by machine learning who schedules all your meetings and learns your scheduling patterns. Once you sign up, you indicate your preferences for what days and times line database you are available for meetings, as well as your favorite spots for coffee, lunch, or drinks.

Right now, it only works with Gmail, and it does cost a lot, but if scheduling is a big pain point for your company, it might be worth it. Especially considering it’s still a lot cheaper than hiring a human personal assistant.
