Create a path for each audience

Post by rakibhsan01854 »

The user path starts from the moment a need arises until the transaction is completed. But even after a subscription or purchase on the site, the customer's path does not end. Users may return to the site, make repeat purchases, recommend the product to friends, etc.

The sequence of compiling CJM:

Mark the extreme points of contact with the user. For example, the first point is when a person lands on your site. The last point is when the user makes a purchase 2 weeks after the first visit to the site.

Establish intermediate interactions between the chinese overseas asia database audience and the site. During the decision-making process, users may visit the site several times, register, write to the support chat, consult by phone, put the product in the basket and abandon it, etc.

Determine the tools and channels. How the user got to the site: entered a query and clicked on an ad in the search, clicked on social networks, through a mailing list, from organic search results. It is also important what services/tools were used to attract the buyer. For example, the user went to the catalog, went to the product page, read the information about the product and called by phone. Or a person clicked on a link with a promotional offer and wrote in the support chat.
