Poor rankings for primary business keywords

ProTool Shop is constantly working on positioning their sites for the most relevant keywords they have identified, but they are still positioned at the bottom of the second page. Their top three competitors have occupied the top five positions and the remaining space is occupied by sites like Wikipedia, Amazon, eBay, etc.
A few other sites have taken over the featured snippet and “people also ask” section. Despite being in the industry for so long, much newer companies are taking over the top spots.
