Advertising subscription is a new service from Yandex

Since September 2020, there is no longer a need to delve into the specifics of advertising on different Yandex services — an advertising subscription has appeared. Yandex positions the new service as a comprehensive promotion of an organization's card on its platforms from a single interface and for a fixed budget.
To start promotion, it is enough to check or fill in the information in the organization profile in Yandex.Directory and decide on the cost of promotion. Composing ads, searching for a target audience, selecting platforms for display, managing rates - all this is on Yandex's side.

on Yandex search:
on YAN partner sites (in this case, an ad with an image is created):
From ads on all platforms, users will be redirected to the organization's card in Yandex.Maps.
How Yandex selects an audience for displaying ads
Based on user geolocation data. The ad will be shown to people who live or work near the organization's location and are currently searching for companies or services in a specific location.
By interests. Yandex finds users whose online behavior is similar to the organization's current clients.
Information about how users interact with the card instagram database is taken into account: they call, plan a route, click on CTA buttons, etc.
