On LinkedIn, there are two types of “hashtagable” content:

Posts : These can be text with or without photos, videos, a document or other media.
Articles : These are often thought leadership articles. These in-depth posts function as a sort of mini-blog and appear on the user's personal profile.
You can also create a newsletter or publish an audio event, but note that this article focuses on using hashtags to get more views on your posts and articles.

On the homepage, click Write a Post . You can write your hashtags as text. Once your post is published, they will turn into clickable hashtags.
