Like many e-commerce companies, one of our clients experienced some challenges due to market conditions this year. Their sales declined and high inventory levels created pressure. Solutions were needed to increase sales and reduce inventory in the short term.

It quickly became clear that this case had many loyal followers and a large senegal phone number data existing customer base. A social ad campaign was therefore quickly launched on Facebook to mobilize the strong existing customer base. Based on a customer list, a custom audience with a reach of over 100,000 users was built.

From previous tests, we knew that the target audience responds very strongly to discounts, so we chose a site-wide discount code as an incentive. To keep the offer scarce, the promotion was strictly time-limited and ran for only three days. To ensure accurate evaluation of the campaign's impact afterward, the redemption code was communicated exclusively via social ad creatives.

‍KISS = Keep it simple stupid
The visual presentation was achieved through easy-to-understand static images and animations that clearly highlighted the discount. We recommend this for BFCM ads, among others, to put the offer front and center. During Black Friday, users are looking for deals and are inundated with them from all sides, so your offer needs to stand out and be immediately understandable.

Due to the positive experience with catalog ads, the creatives were also booked as collection ads to give users inspiration for potential purchases right from the start.
