HubSpot: New features rolling out in January and February 2024

Every month, HubSpot rolls out new features . Don't have time to do this monitoring? Don't panic: our consultants will do it for you.
Here are the most interesting and impactful new product features , rolling out in February 2024. And one thing is for sure: the start of the year is marked by many new features related to AI !

Social media and content side
1. Instagram Reels : You can now publish Instagram Reels from the HubSpot mobile app . These new features are a great way for your marketing teams to reach new audiences, improve engagement, and increase profile traffic and brand awareness.

2. LinkedIn Mentions : Still on the social media side, HubSpot now offers to manage @mentions of LinkedIn company pages from comments or posts from their audience in the monitoring feeds available in the “Social” module.

3. LinkedIn Surveys : Still on the professional social network, HubSpot now allows you to publish and generate reports on LinkedIn surveys . LinkedIn surveys can be used to request feedback, obtain valuable market research and analyze trends, understand your customers and nurture prospects.

4. Audio module in pages and blog posts : Podcasts are all office 365 database the rage! HubSpot now allows all its users to insert audio modules directly into pages and blog posts. >> Available to all users.

5. Multi-step forms : Multi-step forms tackle the problem of form abandonment by breaking down longer forms into manageable chunks, giving your visitors a sense of accomplishment and encouraging them to complete them. Your website visitors are more likely to complete short segments of a form than a long, daunting single page. This approach can significantly improve your conversion rates.

And AI in all this?
6. You can now use HubSpot’s AI Content Assistant in workflows in the “Send Email” and “Send Internal Email Notification” actions. Similar to the email sender, when you’re writing your content, you can use the highlight or slash command to generate, edit, or rewrite your content for you!
7. And that’s not all! You can now use AI Content Assistant in ads to generate ad copy from scratch using simple prompts for engagement, website visit, and lead generation ads.

8. On the Sales side , you can now generate a concise summary of your transcribed calls . Transcriptions are an easy way to gather critical information from your recorded calls. But it can be time-consuming to review long transcripts when you’re in a hurry. This feature aims to improve the efficiency of your salespeople by reducing the time spent manually reviewing and summarizing calls.

9. Finally for blog posts , the AI Assistant allows you to pull up keyword intent from SemRush . Google's goal is to answer user queries as efficiently as possible. So, if your content meets the search intent of a keyword, you have a better chance of ranking for that keyword. With the search intent highlighting that HubSpot now suggests in the AI Blog Post Generator, you'll be able to make informed decisions about writing your content and providing value to your targets.

Other new products offered by HubSpot since the beginning of the year
10. Within-Object Associations : Within-object associations give you the ability to associate things like contact to contact or deal to deal. These new associations are available for contacts, companies, deals, tickets, and custom objects and can be leveraged across all major HubSpot tools.

11. Use your company colors in reports : Yes, that’s it! You can now use your company colors in single object reports and custom reports. This feature is essential for ensuring brand consistency across HubSpot reports. It solves the common problem of a disjointed and difficult to read visual layout.
