On the Principles of State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity

The adopted legislative act provides that the decision on a remote meeting is brought to the attention of deputies, members of the executive body and the population no later than 24 hours before its start, indicating the agenda and the procedure for open access to the broadcast of the meeting. And the recording of the remote meeting is an integral part of the minutes of the meeting. A deputy may participate in remote meetings only if he is on the territory of Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories.
The draft decisions provided for in this paragraph are not subject to the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "", Part Four of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information" and the Law of Ukraine "On State Assistance to special database Economic Entities". This should ensure efficiency and flexibility in martial law conditions.
It has been established that the restrictions provided for in paragraph 1 of part one of Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” do not apply to civil servants (except for category “A”), local government officials, if they are on leave without pay, in the event of downtime or suspension of the employment contract. This allows such persons to conclude employment contracts with legal entities of private law or individual entrepreneurs with whom they have not had any business during the last year, or to hold positions in military administrations. After the end of the leave or the resumption of the employment contract, they are obliged to stop engaging in other paid activities within 15 working days.
