In order to function in favour of people, business environments and markets in general require the establishment of a series of ethical standards that guarantee development in terms of well-being for society. In 2020, Mediapost has reviewed and reworked its code of ethics to adapt it to the changes that occur in a plural, agile and innovative company like ours. The Mediapost code of ethics aims to establish the behavioral guidelines that must govern ethical issues that arise during the performance of our work. Likewise, it includes our mission, vision, principles and values, so that all internal collaborators of the company can know them and integrate them into their daily work.

As a company fully dedicated to relational marketing, we believe that there are a series of values ​​attached to the concept itself that are inseparable from it. Principles such as knowledge, innovation, empathy, commitment and transparency are those that govern our work and the day-to-day running of the company. Relational marketing seeks to create and maintain responsible and sustainable commercial relationships between brands and their customers, so these principles and values ​​are essential for us.

Mediapost's relationship with its employees is a priority, and the company will ensure and guarantee safe, healthy and sustainable working conditions at all times. The environment is another focus of our code of ethics, and we must ensure that we work with the commitment and respect necessary to guarantee its protection. One of Mediapost's objectives is to integrate into the communities of which it is a part, responding to the needs and interests of societies and the environment.

Among the contents of Mediapost's code of ethics we can find protocols for the prevention of crimes, for the prevention of fraud, principles of conduct and control of information and privacy, transparency and competition, as well as more specific issues related, for example, to a series of ethical principles in the development of artificial intelligence methodologies, seeking transparency, rigor and the elimination of biases.

In the section on people management, emphasis is placed on diversity, equal opportunities, health and safety to ensure the dignity of all people who are part of the company. Likewise, our commitment to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations is reflected.
