The push notifications on your desktop are also called browser notifications. For the three most used browsers I share below how to disable these notifications.
In Chrome and Safari, you can disable notifications for the website you are on via the lock to the left of the URL in the address bar. Either directly under 'Notifications' in the pop-up itself, or via 'site settings' at the bottom of the pop-up. Are you working from a different browser or do you want to view the settings for all websites? You can do this via the general settings of your browser.
Chrome
In the browser, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your browser and then click on 'Settings'. Then go to 'Privacy and security' and click on 'Site settings'.

If you then select 'Notifications', you will see a list of websites from which you have currently blocked or allowed notifications. You can change the settings via the three dots to the right of the website.
Firefox
In your browser, click on the three lines at the top right of your screen and select 'Options'. Then click on 'Privacy and Security' on the left in the menu. Then scroll down to 'Permissions' and click on 'Settings…' next to 'Notifications'.

Next, you can manage all websites that have permission to send messages. Want to disable all notifications? Then click on 'Remove all websites'. With the handy checkbox at the bottom, you can optionally indicate that all new requests for allowing notifications should be blocked.
Safari
Open the menu and go to 'Settings'. Then click on 'hong kong telegram data Websites' > 'Notifications'.

To disable all notifications you can use Cmd+A and then 'Remove' at the bottom of the page. Safari also gives you the option to disable all prompts to allow notifications. See the checkmark at the bottom of the screenshot.
How to turn off push notifications on your smartphone
Disabling push notifications on your smartphone is quite simple, but unfortunately requires a number of actions. You cannot disable all notifications for all apps at once. You have to set this manually per application. Below I discuss how to disable or change notifications via iOS and Android.
iOS
Do you have an iPhone? Then go to 'Settings' and then click on 'Notifications'. Here you will find a list of all your apps that use notifications. Per app you can then choose whether you want to receive notifications, and if so, in what form. As you can see in the screenshots below, some apps have more options than others.
