What do you, I and every other successful woman you see online have in common?
All of us, whether we have started our own project or are still in the initial stages, are united by having gone through those terrible moments at the beginning .
Obstacles, problems, a thousand doubts, nerves. That feeling of not knowing whether to jump and whether there will be a net. Does it sound familiar? Well, we've all been there. Don't feel alone .
Success is getting up every time you fall , but it also means doing it with determination, with the conviction that, one way or another, we are going to get ahead with what is on our minds.
This post marks the beginning of the Zero Chaos Heroines series , in which a group of leading, inspiring and courageous entrepreneurs tell you about their beginnings, their victories and how they organize themselves to overcome daily chaos.
You'll see how they're not very different from you?

What was the biggest obstacle you encountered when starting out?
I have been self-employed for about 19 years now, almost nothing?
And, after all the progress I have made, I like to look back and remember my beginnings.
I mainly encountered two problems: one mental and the other absolutely earthly.
The first obstacle, and I think it was very common to all of us, was making my closest circle understand that I wanted to fly on my own , that despite being able to have a job with a payroll, social security and a couple of extra payments, what I really wanted was to start my own business, set up a mini-business and decide who to work with, when and how much.
I think I still have to explain why I prefer to be my own boss. Because many people think that if you are like this (poor you) it is because no one has given you a job .
The second obstacle I encountered was of a more earthly nature (money!). Not only did I have to pay myself a salary, but when you start your own business there are a lot of small expenses that you have to cover and that used to be covered by your bosses ...
Dues or subscriptions to professional associations, taxes, books or technical magazines, programs and tools, the computer that breaks, the damn ink cartridges for the printer (by the way, what is that ink made of that costs that much? Unicorn horn?), office supplies, collaborations, etc etc etc...
But you know what? It's like having a baby, it gives you sleepless nights but you're happy as a fool.
I feel like I own the whole tiny empire that occupies my work table . And the obstacles, the doubts and the bad times are overcome! Because living, maturing and deciding about your life is exactly this.
Feel truly alive. Love what you do and enjoy even the small setbacks.
I welcome my first 10 Heroines, 10 women whom I adore and whom I am infinitely grateful for having participated so generously . Don't forget to leave them a kiss in the comments, okay?

My biggest obstacle when starting out was setting limits . Yes, the truth is that I had no problems selling, I had no problems organizing myself, and the technology and sales strategies were something that I assimilated well.
But what happens when you want to help people so much that when you work korea whatsapp number data with clients you give 500%? You burn out.
I worked more hours than I should have, because I wanted to exceed all expectations and provide the most complete service in the world. Superwoman complex ON.
I was terrified of having a disappointed client. No, never! And in the end I was burdened with more work than I was supposed to...
I wanted to know EVERYTHING . And since I'm also good at learning, I've built 100% of the websites, been a copywriter, created designs in Photoshop, gotten into online sales technicalities, studied marketing strategies in I don't know how many sectors... Why be an expert in one thing if you can be an expert in everything? *Read in an ironic tone*
So little by little I had to "clean up". Simplify. Be a little more Zen.
Specialize in one sector: Personal development professionals. And with that, I have more than enough to give away.
Leave "non-ideal" clients: those who were not in my specialty, those who were toxic and asked for a lot, pressured, and paid little (how curious that some have it all!!)
Focus on the projects I like: I like mentoring and training. They hardly consume any energy and make me feel fulfilled. Why else?
