For this project, I chose the second strategy. I showed ads all over Russia to get the maximum number of views. Hair transplant clinics are only in large cities, and people are ready to come from other regions and countries for such an operation.


"Up to x2, x5, x10 more views." I set up different overseas data coefficients for each city. In cities with high competition, I chose x10 or even x15. In small cities, I promoted for free.
"XL-ads". I used it to make the card more visible, since according to the parser, this service is connected to every third ad from the top ten.
The customer also asked that managers always be online and respond promptly to users, as this affects the delivery of impressions and getting into the top.

How to get your card to the top and attract interested users
To get to the top, you need to select keywords and write a correct description. If you do everything correctly, the ad will get not only to the top results of Avito, but also to the top 10 of Yandex search results. That is, by promoting on Avito, you can appear in Yandex almost for free.

One of the main advantages of Avito is that a budget of up to 100,000 rubles is enough for successful promotion.
I collected keys through Wordstat. I used direct and similar queries. For example, "hair transplant", "hair procedures". I did not choose medical keys, since Avito moderators block ads with such terms.
