promotions of one's own business to the public for services not specifically requested;
the use of graphic characters or images that are not relevant to the information provided.
However, it is considered permissible to announce the opening and transfer of the office in the days immediately preceding and following it, since it has the purpose of facilitating the public's immediate knowledge of the office's location and is in this sense comparable to a normal journalistic news item.
