"My Reason for Joining En Factory" asks members of En Factory why they joined the company.
Our ninth guest is China Kojima, Marketing Manager, Life Design Unit.
Please tell us the circumstances and background that led you to join the company.
I decided to join the company because I was attracted by the atmosphere among the members and the fact that I would be able to work in the area and tasks that I wanted to do !
I have always been interested in people and organizations chinese overseas america database since my experience in the choir club in high school, and in my previous job I was also involved in human resources. I wanted to support people in a more professional way , and I also wanted to start my own business someday , so I was looking for a job when I came across En Factory.
The Life Design Unit I work for offers cross-border learning programs , including " side-job study abroad. " This service encourages employees to "cross-border activities" by working at a venture company as a side job .
When selling our company's services, I placed great importance on whether or not I could love the product. After listening to the explanation from CEO Kato, I felt that this was a service that could only be created by Enfactory, which has been serious about the way its members work and live, with the slogan "No full-time work!!" since its founding, and I could imagine myself working there with pride. Furthermore, because the Life Design Unit is still a new department, there was also the room to actively reflect my own suggestions and ideas, which was another attraction.
During the interview, I had a chance to talk at length with the members. There were many mature and tolerant people, and I found both the work and the people appealing, so I decided to join the company.
*Transboundary learning: Learning that stimulates students in an away environment away from their usual workplace, encouraging them to realize how to apply and transfer their skills to their home environment and gaining new ideas and perspectives.
What was the most difficult part?
It's only been a month since I joined the company, so I feel like the real test is yet to come...
I have no experience in either the industry or the marketing job. My current challenge is to catch up on both at the same time.
Please tell us about the things you have been working on and the things you are particular about.
I try to make sure to tackle new tasks, even if it's just 1% a day
. As mentioned above, I have no experience in the industry or in the marketing profession. I start early so that I can quickly iron out any unclear points.
Since I still can't contribute much in terms of quality, I try to contribute to everyone in terms of speed and quantity.
Is there anything you like about Enfactory?
It's the "kindness" of the members .
The services offered by the Life Design Unit are still new, so there are times when we fail or things don't go well. However, it is an environment where members encourage each other and move forward positively, rather than blaming others.
I think the reason we can continue to take on challenges without fear of failure is because all the members are wonderful people.
Please tell us about your future prospects and enthusiasm!
I want to contribute to spreading the new culture of "cross-border learning . " To achieve this, my first goal is to become a professional
that people think, "It's okay to leave marketing to you!"
