Your website has a bad user experience.

User experience determines whether people want to stay on a site or leave. It can be greatly optimized on websites by designing them with interactive features to allow visitors to filter the product functions that best suit them. Even if your site covers a lot of features to cater to a wide range of readers, everyone can easily find the information they need without having to scroll down.

It also bahamas phone numbers includes general product information to make the site more objective and less focused on product-specific marketing.

Above is Amerisleep’s landing page. In addition to their main goal of introducing the product, they also added a small section that brings themselves closer to their audience by answering some of the most common questions that customers often wonder when deciding to buy a mattress, such as “How much does a King mattress cost?”, “What is the minimum and maximum price range?”, or “How big is a King size mattress?”

However, if your navigation isn’t easy to understand, it will backfire and visitors won’t stay put to figure out the answer. As humans, we’re especially lazy about things we don’t need to do.

For a much better user experience, you should not overload your pages with too many irrelevant elements.

It has a simple layout and design with scannable content to improve conversions.

Think of it this way—you’re looking for specific information, but end up with a site full of irrelevant images, pop-ups , slide-ins, and more.

All of these elements are attention-seeking rather than adding value. How long will you stay there to find the information you need?

Choose a lean UX that keeps visitors happy and eager to learn more.

Technical errors on your website
If your bounce rate is high, it can sometimes point to a technical error. For example, a misconfigured CDN may prevent a large number of visitors from accessing your site, which can lead to a number of issues.

One common mistake I see with misconfigured CDNs is getting a captcha page when trying to access content on a site. The captcha doesn't resolve even after multiple entries are correctly entered. A misconfigured CDN can also accidentally block a site for visitors from certain geographies.

If Javascript isn't working properly on a web page or if some random plugin isn't working, that can cause similar issues as well. It can prevent a form from loading without making the entire page inaccessible.

That leads to an abnormally high bounce rate.

How to fix it? If your page's bounce rate is high, the first step is to try visiting the page like other visitors would.
