Implementing and refining lead scoring models within the automation platform to prioritize leads for the sales team.
User Training & Support: Providing training and guidance to other team members on how to effectively use the email automation platform and understand campaign performance.
Key Skills for Success:

Marketing Automation Platform Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with at least one major email/marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp Automation, ActiveCampaign). Certifications are a big plus.
Email Marketing Best Practices: Deep understanding of email design, copywriting, deliverability, sender reputation, and anti-spam regulations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills to interpret email performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Segmentation & Personalization: Ability to create complex segments and leverage dynamic content effectively.
HTML/CSS (Basic): Familiarity with basic HTML whatsapp number list and CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting rendering issues.
CRM Integration: Understanding of how email automation platforms integrate with CRM systems and how to leverage CRM data.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate with various teams and explain technical concepts.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect email automation efforts to broader business goals and customer journey mapping.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues and optimizing campaign performance.
