I think you can't compare projects from different areas because the process and the result of the team's work are always different. Each area has its own specifics and this determines the specific skills that a project manager must have.
But of course, there are also common foundations of a project manager's work, regardless of the field: responsibility, the ability to plan, anticipate risks, organize teamwork, and optimize processes in the company in a way that affects work efficiency and business results.
For me, a project manager is a bit like an orchestra – they have to be a bit ghana phone number data of a lawyer, a bit of a financier, a marketer, a psychologist, a designer, and you can add to this list depending on the field you work in.
And the basic pillar of a project manager's work is certainly communication skills . They are the key to working with different people.
How do you handle the pressure to innovate and be more creative within projects when you also have to meet deadlines?
Balancing the pressure to innovate and meet deadlines can be tricky, but it’s important to approach it in a structured way. I break projects down into smaller stages to allow for creativity without breaking deadlines. By setting clear goals and priorities, I create opportunities for brainstorming and innovation without sacrificing deadlines.
I also encourage open communication within the team so that we can share ideas and address any issues early. Innovation is often born through collaboration, so it's important that everyone is aware of this and motivated.

You previously worked for the Ukrainian market. Do you perceive any specifics of the Czech market? What is typical for it?
I can't say that there are big differences. In both markets, trust in the brand and the quality of advertising materials play a key role, but approaches to communication and promotion may differ.
I also think that the Ukrainian audience is more demanding. Coincidentally, the creative advertising market has been developing very rapidly recently. There is a lot of competition among creative agencies fighting for brands. That is why you can see a lot of unique creative and interesting solutions, and sometimes the advertising campaigns are quite bold.
