After configuring all the plugin settings, let's start adding shipping tracking details to your orders in WooCommerce.
There are two ways to do this, and we'll cover both.
Adding shipment tracking information to individual orders
If you have a small inventory, you can easily add a tracking number to each order.
To do this, simply go to WooCommerce » Orders . You will now see that there are “Status” and “Shipment Tracking” columns in your ordered list.
Next, select an order to add the tracking number to. In this example, we will use order number 101.

You can also click the “Add Order” button at the top of the page if you mobile phone number data updated 2025 are manually inserting a customer/client order.
Next, you will see a “Shipment Tracking” section on the right side of the order page. Click the “Add Tracking Information” button at the address .

A window will then appear on the right side of the order page. You can enter the appropriate information in the Tracking Number, Delivery Provider, and Shipping Date fields.
If the order has been sorted, simply check the “Completed” or “Delivered” box. Otherwise, you can do nothing.
That's it! All you have to do now is click the “Run Command” button.
