Business support in the Central Bohemian Region

Post by pilide2813 »

The three-month mentoring program was part of the Platinn project, a support program of the Central Bohemian Region, the main purpose of which is to help solve challenges related to the development of a company and improve its functioning through the support of SIC and its experts. The task of the expert (in this case, Radek Váňa) is to plan the necessary changes with the help of the company management and support their effective implementation in the company environment. The expert's support takes the form of coaching and mentoring.

The Central Bohemian Innovation Center also belongs to Ynovate , a iran telemarketing list professional network for supporting innovation. The network of eight professional innovation centers established by regions, cities and universities helps to find synergies, directly cooperate with entrepreneurs and share contacts. This supports the creation and development of innovative, ambitious and sustainable businesses. In the case of medium-sized and small companies such as Pavlis Interiér, this support is a great engine of change. It can literally kick-start a company into activities for which there would otherwise be no time or finances. The Central Bohemian Region, through S-IC, helps to develop the business of companies that need it most.

Communication in B2B and B2C
The basis for the success of any mentoring is an active counterpart. In the case of the Pavlis Interior team, this was done brilliantly and three months of our joint work flew by. We moved from general matters, i.e. what kind of marketing and PR a company of this size and focus should actually do. How to define personas in the B2B and B2C segments and how to communicate with them. We were looking for a view together on how modern and technologically advanced joinery should attract attention on the market today, how to work with demanding clientele, which are undoubtedly architects and interior designers.
On the other hand, how to communicate with end clients who come with a request for a new kitchen and from whom we want them to order a complete custom-made interior? How to ensure this up-sale process and what tools we have available for it, or what new ones we need. These were also questions that we discussed together with the Pavlis Interior team during half-day meetings over a period of several months.
